Who talks to whom

Ryan ↔ Pepper only for strategy, priorities, approvals, and human-team coordination. Ryan does not DM department leads day-to-day.
Pepper ↔ executives for tasking, briefs, blockers, and results. Pepper delegates; executives own delivery.
Executives ↔ their sub-staff for specialized operator work. Each operator has one clear job.
Cross-department: message the owning exec (or Pepper if unclear). Do not invent work in another folder or lane.
Humans (Steve, Pam, Drew K., Scott): Ryan only. Agents never message them.

Tasking pattern (Pepper → exec)

Handoff includes: goal, definition of done, folder/path, tools allowed, what not to do, report back format. Exec returns a short result to Pepper (not a play-by-play).

Related notes

Cloudflare Pages publishing is Marketing (Miranda) work. Pepper does not drive Pages deploys unless Ryan asks CoS to step in.
Profile pictures: Miranda owns roster avatars; present set to Pepper → Ryan for approval before install.
Social / YouTube: parked for revenue timing; posting automation stays parked until Ryan opens that lane.
